months or years.

As psychologist, I focus on changes in the life course and address topics related to seeking
new directions in life. I also offer consultation on chronic overwork, long-term psychical
discomfort, major changes in work and personal life and long-term negative relationships
with your body. I offer individual psychological consultations either online or in person as
well as imaginative walks in nature.

I am a trained psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology and a doctorate in social
policy and social work. For many years, I conducted research at Masaryk University and the
Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, focusing mainly on the question of how to
combine personal and professional life. I now teach at Charles University. Since 2020, I have
undergone psychotherapeutic training in analytical psychology at the Czech Institute for
Analytical Psychology (CIAP). I am as well certified coach in psychology of eating the Institute

I practice yoga and meditation and have completed yoga teacher training in Reith, Austria
(Sivananda Yoga Retreat House).
